What does the process look like?

Once we receive an enquiry, our Accounts Director arranges with you to carry out a site assessment to ensure the rooftop is suitable and identify the best location for the hives. After confirming the details and signing the dotted lines, we install the required infrastructure to securely support the hives and the magic begins!

Can the program support our sustainability or ESG reporting?

Yes. Our beehive program can support your sustainability and ESG initiatives by contributing to biodiversity, urban pollination, and environmental engagement within your organisation. We provide regular updates and insights from your hives that can be used in sustainability communications, internal engagement, and annual ESG reporting, helping demonstrate your organisation’s commitment to nature-based solutions and positive environmental impact.

Are rooftop beehives safe for staff and visitors?

Rooftop beehives are carefully positioned in areas that minimise interaction with staff and visitors at close contact, and our honey bees are generally calm and focused on foraging rather than people. Our experienced beekeepers manage the hives regularly to ensure the colonies remain healthy and well-behaved, and we follow strict safety and placement protocols to ensure the presence of the bees is safe and unobtrusive for everyone on site.
