At Rooftop Bees, we source our honey from the hard working bees across Sydney rooftops, backyards and gardens. Our raw honey is cold extracted and lightly filtered before bottling. Minimal treatment ensures that all the delicious and natural goodness is passed onto you.
Pure raw honey will naturally crystallise in the jar over time. To return the honey to liquid, place the jar in warm water.
